  • Loss of or damage to any insured motor stated on your policy schedule and its accessories or spare parts… If it occurs on premises owned or occupied by you.
  • Liability to others: Accidental damage, death, or injury to third parties (caused by a motor stated on your policy schedule), occurring on premises owned or occupied by you.

Liability, loss or damage to, or due to

  • Depreciation, loss of use, wear and tear, mechanical or electrical breakdown of the motor or accessories, failures, or breakages.
  • To tyres, by application of brakes or by road punctures, cuts or bursts.
  • Property belonging to you, a member of your household, your employees or others; held in trust by you; in your custody or control; or being conveyed, loaded or unloaded from the motor.
  • Death, injury or illness of employees.
  • Liability covered by any legislation.
  • Injury to any person being carried in or upon, or getting onto or off of, any motorcycle, motor scooter, side car or trailer.
  • Injury to members of your household.
  • Directly or indirectly caused by fire, explosions or lightning (unless the fire or explosion results directly from the possession of the motor).
  • Theft or housebreaking or attempted theft or housebreaking.
  • Any motor or property while it's being worked on and directly resulting from such work.
  • Defective workmanship or its consequences.
  • Demolition, structural alteration or installation of equipment at your premises.
  • Weather conditions.
  • The use of power-driven cranes, elevators, lifts or hoists.
  • Intentional damage caused by you, your principal, partner, director, employee or a member of your household or which occurs with your knowledge or consent.
  • Car hire.
  • Car hoists.
  • Credit shortfall.
  • Loss of keys, sound equipment, parts and accessories.
  • Loss of use of customers' motors.
  • Riot and strike.
  • Work away from premises.
